Cancellation Policy for Psychic Readings
At Avyakta Skye, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a respectful and fair experience for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy for psychic readings:
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Advance Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved for your session that cannot be filled on short notice.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session. No-shows take up valuable time that could be used to assist other clients in need of guidance.
Rescheduling Policy
Flexible Rescheduling:
I understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Multiple Reschedules:
Clients who frequently reschedule (more than twice) may be asked to prepay for future sessions to secure their appointment time.
Refunds
Non-Refundable Deposit:
Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your session but is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show.
Full Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice or if I need to cancel the session for any reason.
